Marina Town

‘Jebel Sifah’ will have a Marina Town that will be built around the beautiful ‘inland marina’ that would not adversely affect the marina life and disturb water currents or alter the natural shoreline.

The marina town will have apartment blocks around the marina that will reflect traditional Omani style and architecture. The marina town will set the heart beat of the project with the entertaining activities, restaurants, cafes and the vibrancy of life. The town will also include Boutique Hotels to add to the ambience.
