Marina

Jebel Sifah will be home to a beautiful marina surrounded by a town comprising of retail and entertainment amenities, and apartments overlooking the sea. These exceptional apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom options vary in size and have extraordinary views. The marina and town will have tourist related amenities and a small fishermen’s area for the local fishermen of Sifah Village.

A significant part of the excavation of the marina basin and the quay wall has been completed in 2008 and 2009. On completion, Jebel Sifah Marina will house up to 200 berths depending on the size of the boats (a maximum of 55 m length) and will meet all international standards of Marinas.
