Freehold Status

• The free hold law of the Sultanate of Oman allows foreign ownership (100% freehold) in dedicated zones referred to as "integrated tourism complexes (ITC)."Muriya's ITC, 'Jebel Sifah' entitles buyers to these privileges and much more.
